"Raggedy" Ruth Grihalva
Owner/CEO
Ruth's creativity has been the guiding force for Forever In Stitches. Under the nom de plum of "Raggedy Ruth Designs", Ruth has published over 160 quilt patters, three books, and two tools.
She has been longarming since 2003. Her customer's quilts have won numerous awards in competitions. She has developed and written two multimedia, self-study training courses for the Innova Mach 3. The first course called "Advanced Training AutoPilot Mach 3" covers all of the functions the software offeres and more. The second course is on creating your own stitching patterns on the Innova and is called "Be Creative With Your Mach 3".
She has also given numerous local and national presentations on a variety of quilting subjects. These have ranged from topics such as:
* The History Of Quilting;* Getting Inspiration;* About Forever In Stitches;* Trunk Shows of Parts Of Her 160 Quilts She Has Designed;* Classes on various techniques she has used using her published patterns.
She has earned the "Certificate in Longarm Mastery" from Accomplish Quilting. Prior to longarming, she was VP of IT at Executive Insights, Inc., an international consulting firm. She holds a degree in Computer Programming from the University of Northwestern Ohio [UNOH]. Velvet, our Shop Dog, was not able to join us in Indiana.

In Memory of... Rick Grihalva

Rick was my husband in life and partner in business. Sadly he passed away on October 8, 2024 at the age of 80. My loss has become heaven's gain.
Rick has a Certificate in Longarm Mastery. He has 1,600 digitied designs in his library, which is for sale.
Currently, he is responsible for marketing, web-sites, social media, and finance. He is the minor contributor to the Innova Training Products having written the introduction and most of the Hints, Tips, and Techniques.
Prior to longarming he was CEO of Executive Insights, Inc. an international consulting firm, specializing in multi-currency, multi-company project accounting systems. His consulting career spans 50 years.
He holds an MBA, in Accounting & Information Systems, from the University of California, Berkeley.
