Award Winning Longarming Services
In 2022, Forever in Stitches came to Northwest Indiana but has a long history of having quilted over 10,000 items since 2003. Ruth and Rick Grihalva opened the longarming studio in 2003 in Bluffton, Ohio.
Our services include our longarm quilting [where we do all of the work], as well as our popular “DIY” [Do It Yourself] option where you run the automated longarm machines under our supervision. With “DIY” you do not have to have experience, or take a class, as we provide you with “On The Job Training."
The pricing includes longarming as well as thread costs and Quilters’ Dream Request Poly batting. Refer to our Longarm Pricing Brochure or our DIY Pricing Brochure. A written quote will be provided in advance of any work being done on your quilt(s). Our history shows that we strive to maintain a backlog that does not exceed two weeks. Additionally, mail-in customers [from a distance of more than 60 miles] receive their finished quilts returned via UPS at no cost for longarming charges over $75.
Customers are eligible for the FIS Loyalty Reward Program that offers prolific quilters pricing discounts of 10% & 20% on every 5th or 10th respectively. We have established a dedicated group of local clients as well those that use our mail-in service due to our outstanding quality and exceptional customer service.
Ruth and Rick remain active in the community, providing prizes to quilt clubs, guilds, quilting events and shows. They have also been a repeat annual Grand Sponsor of Quilters Dream's "Hopes and Dreams Quilt Challenge for ALS." Stop in and see the results of a delightful mix of art and technology. Eighteen of Ruth’s 160 published quilts hang in the studio. The colors and patterns creating a warm background. This will also provide an opportunity for you to examine our longarming quality. Both Rick and Ruth are available to answer all your questions and welcome you into our quilting family. Forever In Stitches has also created two, self-study, multi-media training courses for the state-of-the-art Innova's AutoPilot Mach 3 software on their longarm quilting machines. These materials are used by hundreds of longarm quilters in the United States and the rest of the world.
